My best dog ever. Mom to eight sons that found jobs in Police K9 or Hospital K9 patrol and detector dogs. Her last two daughters were Ziri and Zara. Ziri went on to produce work dogs as well, so Jewel’s legacy lives on. The photos were taken late in her life and as you may be able to see her teeth were ground down to almost nothing. She popped holes in more galvanized buckets than any dog I’ve ever seen in my career in Canine. Great mom, best temperament, alpha female all the way, she was the queen of my kennel.
